Returns and Refunds 

At Macks League Shop, we take pride in providing quality NRL merchandise and ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return and exchange. Defective items must be returned in their original condition — new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.  Once your returned item has been received, inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Macks League Shop will also ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost. Exchanges on defective items will need to be submitted via email to Macks League Shop. Please see below on ‘How to Return a Defective Time'. 

Important Information

• Defective Items: Please note that defective items not returned in their original condition, or those received after 14 days, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Size Guide: Please make sure you carefully read our size guide charts before placing your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.
• Returning of Defective Goods: As we are online store, defective items must be sent to our postal address: PO Box 154, Auckland 2113. 

Holiday Return Extension

For orders placed in December, we offer an extended return window until January 10th of the following year, giving you extra time after the holiday season.

Q: Can I change my product as I have chosen the wrong size?

A: Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
