Returns and Refunds
At Macks League Shop, we take pride in providing quality NRL merchandise and ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase.
If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect (e.g. photos) may be required before a return is approved.
Approved defective items must be returned in their original condition — new, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from any odours, so we can ensure items remain in a resellable condition for all customers. To ensure fairness for all customers, we’re unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or have noticeable odours (such as smoke, perfume, or body odour). If an item is returned in this condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
Once your returned defective item has been received and inspected, Macks League Shop will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the item is defective and eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement. If approved, we will process the outcome accordingly. Replacement items (if applicable) will be shipped at no additional cost.
All requests for defective item returns must be submitted via email to Macks League Shop prior to sending the item back.
Important Information
Defective Items:
Items that are not returned in their original condition, are returned without prior approval, or are received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Macks League Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Size Guide:
Please carefully review our size guide before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
How to Return a Defective Goods:
If you believe your item is defective, please email us at info@macksmerch.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect

Holiday Return Extension
For orders placed in December, we offer an extended return window until 10 January of the following year. All other return conditions still apply.
