Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, items will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Proper Care: Products must have been cared for appropriately as per the instructions.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be included with your return.
Special Circumstances
We understand that mistakes can happen, and there may be times when you need to return a product. In these cases, Macks League Shop will do our best to consider your request, provided the reason is genuine. Please note that returns in special circumstances are not guaranteed and will be approved at the discretion of Macks League Shop.
Customers are responsible for covering courier costs for both returning the goods and receiving replacement items.
Return Window
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be in their original condition.
- Please factor in postage times when returning items, as returns received outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Holiday Return Extension
For orders placed in December, we offer an extended return window until January 10th of the following year, giving you extra time after the holiday season.
